If you are a Shareholder/Executor and you wish to donate your shares to charity, simply complete the donation form below. By submitting this donation form you:
- Appoint the Australian Impact Foundation to receive a transfer from you of the shares you wish to transfer;
- direct and authorise Donate Your Shares (as administrator) to transfer your shares on your behalf pursuant to the terms and conditions;
- direct Donate Your Shares to pay all the sale proceeds from your shares to the Australian Impact Foundation at the time of your donation (as noted above); and
- acknowledge that Donate Your Shares facilitates the execution of the sale/transfer of your shares via the preferred stock broker.
